Case study for
Energetic Herbals
WordPress Website Redesign
Energetic Herbals approached me to revamp their online presence. They needed a user-friendly site to boost sales, simplify product navigation, and provide clear information on ordering and bulk options.

Project Overview
Energetic Herbals needed a streamlined, user-friendly site to address several issues: customers were struggling to find the right products, and many were unclear about order fulfillment and bulk options. The goal was to create a clearer, more navigable online experience that would boost sales and instill confidence in customers, making it easy for them to shop and understand the options available.
My Role
My role was to create a modern design that fit Energetic Herbals’ existing brand and logo while keeping the focus on their herbal remedies. I aimed to enhance the site’s performance and user experience, ensuring that customers could easily navigate the site and find the products they needed. By developing a visually appealing platform, I sought to improve engagement and ultimately boost sales.
Challenges
One of the key challenges I faced was re-compiling the existing information into product pages rather than posts about the remedies. This involved creating detailed descriptions for the various product categories and developing "product bundles" that would be grouped together within those categories. This restructuring was essential to ensure a more cohesive shopping experience for customers.
The Process
Planning & Research
During the planning and research phase, I conducted several calls with my client to gain a deeper understanding of their needs and goals. I also researched design trends and aesthetics that would resonate with "holistic" customers, ensuring that the final design would appeal to their target audience while reflecting the essence of Energetic Herbals.

Reflection
Throughout this project, I learned the importance of maintaining regular follow-ups with clients to ensure clear communication and alignment on goals. This practice helped me keep track of small changes more effectively. I also recognized the need to ask for access to the server earlier in the process to avoid any delays in the launch.
